Our Story
Stonex Homes was later established by Parm Maan in 2018 after founding Stonex Group earlier in 2016. Stonex Group held the portfolio of building new homes and carrying out earthworks.
In 2016 Parm decided to solely keep his focus on building quality and affordable NZ homes. Since the establishment of Stonex Homes the company has seen great success and is set to succeed even more in the near future.
Our Vision
The vision for Stonex Homes is to be the leading NZ property developer that not only builds homes but builds communities. We focus on taking each project with the same approach that we would take on building our own home.
