About Stonex Homes
How it all started
Stonex Homes was founded by Parm Maan in 2018. In its first year the company was able to deliver 6 brand new homes that were affordable yet modern to the touch.
In 2019 the company grew and employed more staff to undertake new projects. Later that year Stonex Homes became Stamford approved builder and following year 2020 was a registered Master builder.
The company is ever growing from 6 homes in the first year to now building over 50+ new homes in this year. Stonex Homes has now become a leading property development and building company in Auckland.
About Parm Maan
Director & CEO
Parm Maan, the visionary founder of Stonex Homes, has always been deeply passionate about property development. His journey began at a young age when he launched his first business in earthworks and landscaping. Building on his early success, Parm pursued real estate studies and became a sales professional at Barfoot & Thompson. During 2015-2016, he earned recognition as one of their top award-winning real estate agents.
In addition to being a licensed builder, Parm takes an active role in the day-to-day operations of Stonex Homes, driving the company’s growth and success. His ultimate goal is to elevate Stonex Homes to new heights while delivering affordable housing solutions across New Zealand.
